OASES Tools.<\/p>\n<p>The OASES Participant List and OASES Cooking Tool are based on Google Sheets; you need to be logged into a Google account (e.g. Gmail or YouTube account) to use them. For non-profit organisations, Google Workspace is available for free.<\/li>\n<li>The OASES Group cooking tool is available in a german and an english version. The two versions are not compatible with each other. The sheet provides you with a cooking list with all the recipes, the appropriate quantities of ingredients and various shopping lists.<\/li>\n<li>The OASES recipe sheet. Choose one of them; you can use the german recipe sheet only with the german cooking sheet, and the english recipe sheet only with the English cooking sheet! <em>Canva<\/em> enables the graphic design of texts in a relatively simple way. In the OASES project, we developed info sheets for participants in <em>Canva<\/em>, which we used in our six international pilot encounters. Mostly in two stages:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Already, when young people \/ young adults are invited to participate in an international encounter (whether with an &#8220;open call&#8221; or individually), they receive a nicely designed text with the most important information and regulations about the project.<\/li>\n<li>After confirmed registration and boopked travel, a second info sheet with more
