📝 In the WORTWERK space you can expect:

Creative impulses to spark your imagination, introductions to different writing forms – from poetry to prose to song lyrics – and a cozy co-working atmosphere with music, coffee, cake, vegan pizza and sweet people.

💬 Everyone who writes – in any language – is warmly invited. For communication, we’ll speak English or German. All genres and levels of writing are welcome.

✏️About the Host Elena:

I’ve been telling stories since before I could write. As a child, I started working on a fantasy novel, and as a teenager, I published rather angry entries on a political satire blog I ran for years. Writing has been my companion, my therapy, and my activism. My work often explores queerness, migration, mental health, and current political or societal developments – sometimes goofyand tender, sometimes raw and angry. Over the years, I’ve published various texts, from essays to poems, and I’m currently working on my first novel. I’m also training to become a Creative Writing educator, to share the beauty and power of writing with other people. <33
