Penelope joined RRCGN as a European Voluntary Service participant in March 2025, bringing with her years of experience in creative media and international collaboration. Active in ROOTS & ROUTES projects since 2017, she is currently serving as the “Community Representative” of the ROOTS & ROUTES International Association. A freelance videographer and artistic partner with Synergy of Music Theatre (SMouTh) since 2019, Penelope holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Digital Media. From 2019 to 2022, she contributed as a content creator for the Communication and Strategy Team at the University of Western Macedonia in Kastoria, Greece.
