Our association structure

This is how we are organized

ROOTS & ROUTES Cologne e. V. is in many ways anything but “normal” … formally, however, we are first a very classic registered non-profit association. That is, there are:

  • club members (currently over 50), who meet once a year for the general meeting. The general meeting is in the highest position in an association and has the final say in association decisions. It elects …
  • … the board (currently 5 members), which controls the association between general meetings. The board sets …
  • … the club team (currently 5 people), who take care of the day-to-day business.

The work of ROOTS & ROUTES Cologne e. V. is supported by the members of the association. If you want to support us as a member, enter your data below and then click on “send”.

You will then be emailed a two-page PDF form (if it doesn’t arrive, please also check your spam folder). Please sign both pages and send them to us by mail. The board will then decide shortly about your admission as a member.
