ROOTS & ROUTES to me is family, its great memories, laughter,
creativity and unity. I love the different cultures I always get to see and the different art forms I have been able to play with.
On this page you will find insights into what ROOTS & ROUTES projects look like from the inside: Photos, short films and video documentations from our international encounters and from our local projects in Cologne.
Let’s start with a photo slideshow journey through the years since the first RRCGN projects in 2014.
Have fun with it!

ROOTS & ROUTES to me is family, its great memories, laughter,

Working and collaborating with ROOTS & ROUTES means a lot to me because it combines important values such as passion, respect, humanity and social reflection.
The safe and open environment that these projects offer create such a strong bond between all the participants and coaches
ROOTS & ROUTES has helped me make great memories for a lifetime, more experience abroad and new friends all over Europe.
My first ROOTS & ROUTES experience (Baltrum 2019) was very memorable and wonderful – without any expectations I spontaneously learned about RRCGN and applied for a project and was overjoyed when I got the acceptance.
When I think back to my ROOTS & ROUTES Experience, this is what I have in mind above all: authenticity and connection.
