Sascha works as Financial Director and Educationalist at RRCGN since 2015. He has managed various international projects in the EU programmes for youth, culture, lifelong learning and fundamental rights since 2003 and has been in the management team of almost all ROOTS & ROUTES projects in Germany since 2005. He has been active in youth association work on a voluntary basis since 1992 and has been organising international encounters since 1994. Sascha holds a diploma in educational sciences from Cologne university, he also is a musician and a passionate group cook.
