The ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy 2.0

A program designed to foster the long-term development of young artists into coaches at the international level. In this project, we are developing a curriculum that builds on the strengths of the ROOTS & ROUTES International network and provides the foundational skills needed to train young people through international project exchanges.
