Sabine studied stage dance and dance education at the IWANSON International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich and is a freelance dancer and choreographer for theatre, film and television. In addition to working on shows, musicals, integration and inclusion projects, she works with teenagers and young adults in the field of dance and musical production. Her work is characterised by a wide variety of teaching techniques and artistic styles, which she has further developed over many years in early dance education, dance technique training for professionals, movement and improvisation exercises with young people or her inclusive and intercultural theatre productions.

Since 2011 she has been active as a coach in different ROOTS & ROUTES projects, since then she has also led the dance section in all ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academies.
