From August 6 to 12, 2025, we will be participating in a new EOTO seminar for professionals in the international ROOTS & ROUTES network, this time in Lithuania! The Kaunas Cultural Center of Various Nations invites artistic coaches to a week-long exchange. Together, we want to share creative methods and experiences from artistic youth and talent development and further develop the working methods in our network through international comparison.

Participants from various European partner organizations are planned to attend – and we are delighted that a few coaches from Cologne will also be there. The program lasts just under a week and is organized as part of the international ROOTS & ROUTES network, with which we have had close ties for many years.
