The ROOTS & ROUTES International Association (RRIA) has elected a new board!
We are thrilled that our RRCGN team remains part of it: Janna Hadler was re-elected as treasurer.

On May 26, 2026, the General Assembly of the ROOTS & ROUTES International Network took place in Florence—immediately following the international seminar INDaRAY26 (International Network Development and Regeneration in Artistic Youth Work). The focus was on further developing the next steps of our shared mission: to empower young people in a sustainable way through art, creativity, participation, and international cooperation.

A special highlight for us: Janna Hadler from our RRCGN team was re-elected as Treasurer! We are delighted by her re-election as a wonderful affirmation of her highly dedicated work to date—not only with us, but for the entire international network. Thank you for bringing the valuable stability and continuity we need for our continued growth. We at RRCGN are certainly proud to have Janna on the international leadership team!

In addition to Janna, the Board consists of experienced and new members who perfectly reflect the diversity and international spirit of the ROOTS & ROUTES network: Susannah Iheme, as President, as well as Dimitra Zacharouli and Eglė Rušinskaitė, were also confirmed in their roles.

The General Assembly also warmly welcomed two new board members. Augustin Gressier (Vice President) and Urška Jež will enrich the network with their perspectives, experience, and enthusiasm effective immediately.

Together, the new board will continue to work in the coming years to create valuable opportunities for young artists, youth workers, and communities through artistic youth work and intercultural exchange.

Congratulations to the entire new Board—and of course, a very special high-five to Janna!
