The professionals seminar on “International Network Development and Regeneration in Artistic Youthwork” (INDaRAY24) took place from February 26 to March 1, 2024 in Salzburg, Austria.

In an open and inspiring atmosphere, project coordinators and staff from various organizations of our international ROOTS & ROUTES network came together to exchange ideas on network development, quality criteria for international artistic youth work and strategic planning. Particularly exciting were the lively discussions on current developments in the various participating organizations, which also touched on political issues such as possible joint positions on the European Union.

Very special highlights were the dance performance in which we were able to experience former ROOTS & ROUTES participants in the SZENE Salzburg and the guided tour during which we were able to take a look behind the scenes of the Salzburg State Theater.

Partner organizations from Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Austria, Turkey, France, Hungary and Greece took part. The seminar offered valuable opportunities for exchange and laid the foundations for even closer cooperation and the strategic strengthening of our network.

The seminar was not only an opportunity to share experiences, but also to inspire each other and jointly shape the future of international cooperation in arts and youth work and initiate sustainable processes for the future.
