On February 9, 2026, a new milestone will be reached in the “ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Education 2.0” (RRPCA 2.0) project: This week, young international artists and aspiring coaches will gather in Salzburg to take their skills to the next level.

The six-day Level Up Seminar Salzburg offers participants (all alumni of one of the internationally running ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academies, part of the RRPCA 2.0 project) the opportunity to immerse themselves in specific artistic practices and educational coaching methods. The program is intensive and interdisciplinary: from dance and theater education under the direction of Anna Lukasser-Weitlaner (Salzburg State Theater) to technical know-how in lighting and sound to songwriting and mental training for the stage.

In addition to artistic practice, the focus is also on organizational skills such as budgeting, logistics, and European networking. The seminar serves as an important “testing zone” where peer coaches not only expand their network but also learn how to professionally implement their own projects and events.
