As part of the international ROOTS & ROUTES network, RRCGN will support international youth exchange, cultural diversity and interdisciplinary artistic projects.

The founding assembly elected a board for three years: Andreas Kern (1st chair), Salvatore Chianta (2nd chair), Aileen Wessely (treasurer), Johannes “J-JD” da-Costa, Sina Schindler and Sascha Düx.
