On Monday, April 7, 2025, RRCGN held its annual general meeting. Nine members were present in person, two participated via video conference. The Board gave an overview of the activities and finances for 2024 and discussed plans for 2025. Board member Niklas Josten had previously announced that he would no longer be standing as a candidate, but would remain a member of the association. We would like to thank him for his many years of service!

The newly elected Board of Directors now includes the previous members Sina Schindler, Teya Quarmyne, Conny Beißler and Youngung Sebastian Kim as well as new Board member Derya Kaptan. 

Board member Derya Kaptan. Derya is a choreographer, dancer, dance coach, singer and lecturer at DSHS Cologne. The RRCGN founding member first took part in a ROOTS & ROUTES project in 2007 and has worked as a freelance dance coach on our projects since 2013.

 We are delighted to welcome Derya to our board and – despite all the global political problems – we look forward to a great year 2025!
