Cooperations with experts
As a full member of the international ROOTS & ROUTES network, RRCGN regularly participates in transnational projects multiple times a year, that serve to further develop the network and its methods and approaches as well as international youth work with artistic approaches more generally.

Organizations of youth and cultural work from ten countries exchange and develop new ideas, methods, tools and procedures together: This is the core of the RRCGN-coordinated project “OASES for Change – Organising Artistic Self-Empowerment”; other projects in our international networks have a similar purpose.
Whether in the international ROOTS & ROUTES network, in the Cooperative for Cultural Education Cologne or in the NRW and Europe linking Generation Europe Network: RRCGN is happy to be at the forefront of shaping the international and cultural education youth work of the future. The RRCGN team regularly participates in international working meetings and seminars hosted by our partner organizations, and also repeatedly sends professionals to such seminars. Time and again, we are also hosts ourselves.

Funding
Most of the cooperations with expterts – projects in which RRCGN is active are funded by the EU’s Erasmus+ program. Also, the basic funding as a specialized cultural educational institution by the city of Cologne enables our participation in these projects.
