In this two-year transnational project, 8 partner organisations from all over Europe and Tunisia worked for social cohesion and against discrimination, racism and Islamophobia.

„Art4Act – Art in Action for an Inclusive Society” was a two-year transnational project where 8 cultural organisations from all over Europe and Tunisia took action to promote a more open and inclusive society amongst young people.Young generations in our countries are most exposed to the dramatic increase in hate speech, xenophobic political discourse and islamophobia. Art4Act designed and implemented innovative non-formal education practices and methodologies to counter those tendencies.
Embedded in this transnational project, RRCGN organised an international youth exchange called “Art4Act – Diversity Dismantling Discrimination” on the Northsea island Baltrum from November 5th to 21st, 2017.

Funding
“Art4Act – Art in Action for an Inclusive Society” is co-ordinated by Les Têtes de l’Art (Marseille/ France); project partners include: Rock in Faches (Lille/ France), Centro di Creazione e Cultura (Florence/Italy), SMouTh (Larissa/ Greece), Subjective Values Foundation (Budapest/ Hungary), Stichting ROOTS & ROUTES (Rotterdam/ The Netherlands), Art Solution (Tunis/ Tunisia) and of course RRCGN.
The international exchange “Art4Act – Diversity Dismantling Discrimination” was coordinated by RRCGN, partners included most of the above mentioned and additionally Rutes i Origens (Barcelona/ Spain) and EuroEst Youth Foundation (Bucharest/ Romania).
“Art4Act – Art in Action for an Inclusive Society” is funded as Strategic Partnership in the field of youth by the EU-Programm ERASMUS+, Key Action 2. The international exchange “Art4Act – Diversity Dismantling Discrimination” was funded by the EU-Programm ERASMUS+, Key Action 1.
