In August 2025, the SYNERGEIO Culture Space in Larissa became a meeting place for young artists from all over Europe who gathered for the ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy 2.0, organized by our Greek partner organization SMouTh.
As part of the Erasmus+ project RRPCA 2.0, the first “Level Up” seminar will take place in Salzburg from February 9 to 14, 2026. This format serves as in-depth training for participants who have already gained initial experience in peer coach training and now want to professionalize their technical expertise and coaching methods.
The ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy took place in Salzburg for the first time in 2025 as part of RRPCA2.0. Participants gained insights into various disciplines such as dance, rap & beat, and singing. The program also included workshops on event management, funding opportunities, pedagogy, and didactics.
The ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy Lithuania was a project in Kaunas, Lithuania, that brought together young artists aged 18 to 35 from the fields of dance, acting, and media art for a one-week training and mentoring program.

In the Peer Coach Academy 2.0 project, as part of the international ROOTS & ROUTES network, we are developing a format in which young artists are given the maximum level of expertise for the further training of their peers in our projects and those of our international partner organizations. To this end, participants go through self-selected individual modules in order to expand their collective growth and their European and international self-image in a future-oriented way.
Current offers, workshops, and classes at ROOTS & ROUTES Space, a wide variety of creative hands-on activities offered by young RRCGN peer coaches.
The LevelUp! academy is an intensive training program for young creatives that will take place from 22 to 27 April 2025 at the Landesmusikakademie NRW in Heek.
Once again, the ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy will be held as part of the project “iJuLa – intersectional YouthLaboratories in the Veedel”. Registrations for young artists are still possible.
