Throughout the week, they took part in a series of workshops and coaching sessions focusing on stage presence, voice work and project management. Under the guidance of experienced coaches – Eva Buchmann, Derya Kaptan, Philipp Godart and the RRCGN team – they developed and presented their own project ideas.

The participants will now also have the opportunity to implement smaller concepts in the ROOTS & ROUTES Space in Cologne. At the end of the week, the participants were informed about further forums, including training seminars in Budapest, Florence and Salzburg as well as upcoming artistic exchanges in Larissa, Heek (RRXP) and Baltrum, which are being organized by or with RRCGN.

We are looking forward to seeing how the participants implement their concepts in the ROOTS & ROUTES Space, enriched by their experiences and insights from the LevelUp Academy!
