Throughout the week, they took part in a series of workshops and coaching sessions focusing on stage presence, voice work, and project management. Under the guidance of experienced coaches—Eva Buchmann, Derya Kaptan, Philipp Godart, and the RRCGN team—they developed their own project ideas and presented them.

The participants will now also have the opportunity to implement smaller concepts at the ROOTS & ROUTES Space in Cologne. At the end of the week, the participants were presented with further training seminars, including training seminars in Budapest, Florence, and Salzburg, as well as upcoming artistic exchanges in Larissa, Heek (RRXP), and Baltrum, organized by or with RRCGN.

We look forward to seeing how the participants bring the ROOTS & ROUTES Space to life through their “Peer Classes” workshops, putting their concepts into practice with the help of the experiences and insights gained at the LevelUp Academy.
