9th - 14th February of 2026
As part of RRPCA 2.0, the first “Level Up” seminar will take place in Salzburg in February 2026. This format serves as in-depth training for participants who have already gained initial experience in peer coach training and now want to professionalize their technical expertise and coaching methods.

Note: As the project is currently underway (as of February 2026), we are still in the documentation phase. Detailed reports, photos of the workshop results, and multimedia insights will be published here once the project has been completed.
The seminar in Salzburg places a special emphasis on interdisciplinary stage performance. In an intensive program at the Probehaus Salzburg, participants from various artistic disciplines work together to develop practical and theoretical content in the areas of education and communication, technology and creation, performance psychology, and management and organization.
In addition to artistic skills, the focus is on European networking. Participants gain insights into international youth work and community organizing in order to build long-term stable networks within the European art and culture scene.
