The seminar in Salzburg placed a special emphasis on interdisciplinary stage performance. Through an intensive program at the Probehaus Salzburg, participants from various artistic disciplines collaborated to explore a range of practical and theoretical topics in the areas of education and outreach, technology and creation, performance psychology, and management and organization.

In addition to artistic skills, the focus was on European networking. Participants gained insights into international youth work and community organizing to build long-term, stable networks within the European arts and culture scene.
