The ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy 2026 in Cologne/Heek
04th - 15th April of 2026
Are you between 18 and 26 years old and interested in sharing your passion for music, dance, film, theater, graffiti, painting, or other creative fields? Do you want to teach artistic skills, grow with others, and experience things that no tutorial can prepare you for?
Here’s your chance to get started in coaching!

From April 4–15, 2026, you will join young creatives from Germany and Europe at our Peer Coach Academy 2026 and become a trained peer coach. Participation is free of charge, including food and accommodation (we work on the premises of the Landesmusikakademie NRW in Münsterland)! The 2026 Academy is aimed at people aged 26 and under and is conducted entirely in English – the perfect opportunity to connect internationally!
Your adventure:
– Training: moderation, communication, project management—all hands-on
– Creative labs & real-world practical tests directly in groups
– The participation fee is €150 (includes full food & drink in Heek and the complete workshop program). If you have difficulty paying the full fee, please contact Janna (janna@rrcgn.de) and we will find a solution!
– Experience Europe’s creative scene live and offer your own workshops (also abroad)
– Support in finding opportunities to apply your new skills in practice
– Follow-up Europe-wide “Level Up” seminars throughout 2026, online and in person
– Upon completion (after completing the practical phase with at least 60 hours of self-study), you will receive your Peer Coach Certificate, officially recognized in the international ROOTS & ROUTES network
