Participants received hands-on training in pedagogy, facilitation, communication, and project management; conducted real-world practical tests in creative labs; and had the opportunity to deepen their artistic skills through direct collaboration with professional artists and gain practical insights.

Now the adventure continues: Following the Academy, participants developed various concepts for workshops and peer classes that will be held in the near future at the ROOTS & ROUTES Space. After completing a practical phase consisting of at least 60 self-led hours and attending various “Level Up” seminars both domestically and abroad—as well as online and in person—they will receive the Peer Coach Certificate, which is officially recognized by the international ROOTS & ROUTES network.
