The ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy 2.0 in Salzburg

The ROOTS & ROUTES Peer Coach Academy took place in Salzburg for the first time in 2025 as part of RRPCA2.0.

Participants gained insights into various disciplines such as dance, rap & beat, and singing. The program was supplemented by workshops on event management, funding opportunities, pedagogy, and didactics.
The aim of the project was to further develop artistic skills and at the same time acquire the skills needed to become a coach.
The Roots & Routes Peer Coach Academy in Salzburg is part of a two-year, Europe-wide project. In order to obtain the coach certificate, participants then gain additional practical experience in their disciplines.
